In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

BRANDON WARD, age 29 of Leesburg – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on 36 counts of Possession of Child Pornography, and also one count of Dissemination of Child Pornography;

And

JOHNNY LUCY age 63 from Cedar Bluff – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Menacing and Menacing/Simple Assault.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  Currently, there are a total of 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
