MICHAEL BATTLES, age 51 of Leesburg, was arrested by Leesburg Police, on charges of Rape 1st Degree (two counts) – and causing of Delinquency / Dependency / or Need of Supervision of Children (two counts)
Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 113 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
