In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

ROBERT EDMONDSON, age 34 of Boaz – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with DUI/ALCOHOL;

BROOKS SHIREY, age 48 of Cedar Bluff was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police and charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree/Harassment;

And

KENRIC RUSSELL age 49 of Piedmont – was arrested by authorities – with No Charges Listed at this time.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 116 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
