2024 Halloween/Fall Event Calendar

Saturday, October 19th

🎃The City of Attalla’s Heritage Day Festival is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with free admission. There will be something for everyone to enjoy in Historic Downtown Attalla. There will be a kid zone for all ages and over 125 food and craft vendors. Two stages of live music will feature performances by the Etowah High School Band, Kings of Swing, II Da Maxx Band, Jeremy Noble, Curley Taylor & Zydeco Trouble, Still Broke, Woody Strut Bankd, Jon Player, Adam Swann, Ragan Lonneragan, and Southland Soul. 🎃Gadsden State Community College invites you to Candy with the Cardinals from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22, on the Wallace Drive Campus quad, 1001 George Wallace Drive in Gadsden. This is free to the public! There will be costumes, candy, games, and fun!

Thursday, October 24th

🎃Gadsden State Community College Ayers Campus invites you to Candy with the Cardinals from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, on the Cheaha Career Center lawn, 1731 Coleman Road in Anniston. This is free to the public! There will be costumes and candy!

Friday, October 25th

🎃Gadsden State Cherokee invites you to Trunk or Treat on Friday, Oct. 25, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm in the front Academic Building parking lot at 801 Cedar Bluff Road in Centre. The free public event will include Trunk or Treat, games, candy, face painting, and an opportunity to have your picture made with Swoop.

Saturday, October 26th

🎃Summerville Main Street and Summerville Trion Optimist Club will host the annual Pumpkin Palooza with Pumpkin Derby and Halloween Candy Walk on Saturday, Oct. 26, on the East Washington Streetscape area. Events will include the Pumpkin Palooza from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET, a youth Halloween costume contest at 11:30 a.m., the Pumpkin Derby at 1:30 p.m. ET and the Halloween Candy walk from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET.

🎃Reverence Baptist Church presents a Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 115 Princeton Avenue in Gadsden. Admission is free! There will be games, food, crafts, live music, and so much fun! Pastor Allen Ragan invites everyone to come fellowship!

🎃The City of Menlo will hold a Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 12 p.m to 6 p.m. ET at the Menlo Park. Vendors welcome! There will be live music, a cake walk, crafts, clothing, antiques, food, etc. For more information, call Menlo City Hall at 706-862-2440.

🎃Everyone’s invited to the 4th Annual Trunk or Treat at Pine View Crossing Apartments on Saturday, Oct. 26, beginning at 4 p.m. at 1052 Bay Spring Road in Centre (across the Bypass from Jack’s Restaurant). Bring your family out for a fun evening with the residents. There will be free candy, games, and face painting.

🎃The 47th Annual Fall Festival hosted by Downtown Cedartown Association will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET in historic downtown Cedartown, Georgia. There will be local and traveling art and craft vendors, all types of food vendors, face painting, and more.
