In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

KALEB JOHNSON, age 23 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, and the Theft of Property 1st Degree – as well as Failure to Appear on previous charges of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts), and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

NATHAN MAYHALL 43 from Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Conditional Release Violation;

JOHN KING age 42 from Collinsville was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, for a Bond Revocation/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

And

TIMOTHY STEPHENS, 32 from Leesburg arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with a Conditional Release Violation.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 120 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
