In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

STEVEN MASON, age 45 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with VPL/Violation of the Prohibition Law in addition to DUI/Driving Under the Influence;

THOMAS KILLIAN, age 67 of Fort Payne, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with DUI/Boating Under the Influence of Alcohol;

GEORGE MIDDLETON age 57 of Cedar Bluff was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Failure to Appear on a previous Probation Revocation;

And

JASON FULTON, age 22 of Centre was arrested by Centre Police – charged with DUI/Driving Under the Influence.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 115 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
