In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

ETHEL JETER, age 63 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on two Conditional Release Violations;

DARIAH KEENER, age 27 from Leesburg arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Domestic Violence 2nd Degree;

JAY HUNTER age 19 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

And

DELANEY YOUNG, age 24 from Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Harassment.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 113 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
