In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

ADAM ATKINSON, age 41 from Mentone arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Terrorist Threats 1st Degree;

DEBRA WALLIN, 60 of Lafayette, Georgia – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Public Intoxication;

COREY WALLIN age 36 from Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Disorderly Conduct;

JOSEPH HODGE age 29 from Rainsville was arrested by Centre Police and charged with Failure to Appear on the previous charges of Driving While License Suspended – No Plainly Visible Tag – and an Insurance Violation;

And

REBECCA SALMON, age 35 of Cedar Bluff was arrested by Leesburg Police and charged with DUI/Driving Under the Influence.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 110 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
