Mr.Dan W. Young, age 72 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Cherokee County Health & Rehab.

A funeral service will be held 4:30PM Thursday, September 26, 2024 in the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mark Cosby and Larry Black officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:30PM till the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will include Tommy Hansard, Cory Hansard, Jerry Hart, Todd Dean, Tim Harton, Eugene Mann and Roy Wynn.

Mr. Young is survived by his mother, Sue Young and brother, David Hugh Young.

He is preceded in death by his father, Hugh L. Young.

Dan was a longtime resident of Cherokee County and he was a member of Cedar Bluff First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Cedar Bluff First Baptist Church Building Fund.
