Cedar Bluff gets back on track with 41-24 homecoming win over Section

CEDAR BLUFF – Hunter Jenkins ran for 144 yards on 15 carries and scored three touchdowns, and Bryson Teague connected on 7 of 11 pass attempts for 150 yards and two scores to lead the Cedar Bluff Tigers to a 41-24 homecoming football win over Section on Friday.

Kadien Tracy tallied 117 yards on 17 totes with a touchdown for the Tigers (2-3, 2-1 Class 2A Region 7). He also caught a 30-yard touchdown pass. Caleb Edmondson hauled in four catches for 104 yards and a touchdown. He also had an interception on defense.

Jacob Chambers posted four tackles, including three for loss, with a pair of sacks for the Tigers. Isaac Roberts had four tackles, two for loss, with a sack. Hudson Smith and Saw Jordan both had a sack, and Dylan McDaniel had an interception.

Cedar Bluff hosts Spring Garden on Friday.
