In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

GERALD TAYLOR, 50 from Cedartown, Georgia, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

TERRI GOSSETT, age 30 of Centre, was arrested by Centre Police, charged with Domestic Violence/Harassment;

And

JOHN KELLEY age 59 of Piedmont – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 110 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
