Ms. Carol Yvonne O’Neal Perry, age 82 of Leesburg, AL; passed away September 5, 2024 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center.    

Ms. Perry was the daughter of the Late Joseph Benjamin O’Neal and Evelyn Imodale Everette O’Neal.      She is survived by her children, Robin Leah Perry and Steven Charles Perry; and her sisters, Deborah Jo (Mike) Woolsey and Julia Mechelle O’Neal (husband, Dan Phipps); nieces and nephews, Tim Woolsey and Kari Woolsey, Travis (Nicole) Bash, Tyler (Lindsay) Bash, Jordan (Diana) Bash, Kelsey (Jake) Cockram, along with several cousins, great-nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Fred.      

She was preceded in death by her husband, Murray “Yank” Tatum Perry, and was a member of Sand Rock Methodist Church.      

The service will be private.  The family respectfully requests no flowers.  Instead, donations may be made in Ms. Perry’s memory to Summit’s Sanctuary 5965 Co Rd 20; Leesburg, AL 35983.
