Man Charged with Aggravated Child Molestation, Sodomy
A Garden Lakes, Georgia man – is accused of Molesting a Child, under the Age of 10, between January 1st and July 13th of this year – at his home on Sandy Beach Terrace. According to Floyd County Jail records, James Forrest Trammell, age 33 – committed at least five acts of Sodomy against the victim.
He is charged with three counts of Aggravated Child Molestation and two counts of Aggravated Sodomy. Trammell was arrested last Friday and remains in jail without bond.
