In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

JIMMY MCPHERSON – age 42 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Disorderly Conduct.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
