In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

SANDRA SIMONS, age 71 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
