A Scottsboro woman has recently pled guilty to 2nd Degree Rape – in two separate counties. Kasie Stone was sentenced to 180 months in Marshall County however her sentence will only require her to serve five years on probation – BUT if she commits any other crime during that time she will have to serve 180 months behind bars. In Jackson County, she received the same sentence. These sentences will be served concurrently, or at the same time.
Stone was previously accused of sending inappropriate photos – and also videos – to minors in Marshall County back in 2023.
