CEDAR BLUFF – The Cedar Bluff Lady Tigers outlasted Cleburne County in five sets to open their volleyball season on Thursday. The scores were 20-25, 25-20, 19-25, 25-15 and 15-11.
Kindal Grace collected 13 kills and a pair of aces for the Lady Tigers. Caley Bruce contributed 11 kills and three aces. Janaya Higgins and Kaylyn Vadon both delivered five kills. Rylie Walker posted 28 assists and six digs. Blakelea Hall finished with 12 digs.
Cedar Bluff plays in a tournament at Coosa, Ga., on Saturday.
