In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

CHRISTOPHER HENSON, age 34 of Centre – was arrested by Centre Police and charged with Failure to Appear on a previous charge of Speeding

And

STEVEN CLIFTON – 33 of Gadsden – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Failure to Appear on the previous charge of Theft of Property 4th Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 107 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
