ALISHA LUSTER, age 39 of Cedar Bluff – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;
JONATHAN MOORE, age 33 of Douglas, Georgia, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – charged with Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;
TONYA REGALADO, 52 from Gaylesville arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Failure to Appear on charges of Forgery 2nd Degree (five counts) – Possession of Forged Instruments 2nd Degree – the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – the Obstruction of Justice/False ID – and Identity Theft 1st Degree (two counts);
DAVID RODRIGUEZ age 33 of Gadsden – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Failure to Appear on the prior charge of Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree;
SHELIA BEVELS – age 59 of Fort Payne – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of the Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance – also Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – and also the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
And
JAMES CLARK, age 46 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Obstructing Justice Using a False ID, the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 114 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
