Georgia Teenager Arrested on DUI/Driving Under the Influence of Drugs Charge

A Chattooga County, Georgia teen – was charged with DUI/Driving Under the Influence for drugs on Sunday (July 21st), after being stopped at B&B Market on Old Highway 27 in Trion. 

According to reports from the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, deputies performed a traffic stop, after they’d noticed the vehicle that 18-year-old Hayden Lee Snyder was driving, was not displaying a license plate.    A deputy noticed a smell of marijuana, coming from inside the vehicle, as he spoke with Snyder. 

After searching the vehicle – deputies discovered a baggy with suspected marijuana inside.  Snyder was unable to pass several impairment tests – and was then placed under arrest for – DUI/Driving Under the Influence for drugs – and was additionally charged with Driving with Suspended or Canceled Registration.
