WEIS Radio’s Unsung Hero of the Week

This week’s WEIS Radio’s unsung hero is Mr. Bill Warren. The first time I met Bill I knew he was a gentleman and a hardworking man.

Bill Warren wears multiple hats in his life and he has for many years. Warren, graduated from Faith High School in 1973. He attended Alabama Fire College and UAB.

He is a certified Haz-Mat First Responder and has been trained as a crime scene investigator with private investigation techniques. Bill is on the Cedar Bluff Utility Board, and is retired with 16 years of service with the Alabama Fire College. From 2001-2006, he was a EMT/Firefighter.

His career history is vast along with being a business owner of Warren Ranch with five other businesses he runs and still owns. As far as Community Service, Bill Warren has been, and currently is, involved with multiple Community Services in Cherokee County, including being the current President of the Chamber of Commerce.

Cedar Bluff is very fortunate to have him as a resident. In my mind there is no doubt that Bill Warren deserves the recognition of being this week’s WEIS Radio’s unsung hero.
