A single-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian early Tuesday morning, has claimed the life of an Anniston woman.  The incident occurred at 1:13am on Alabama 202, near the 3-mile marker and four miles west of Anniston in Calhoun County.

The pedestrian, Angela Mosley, age 46 was walking in the roadway when she was struck by a 2005 Toyota Camry driven by Zachary Thrasher, age 37, also of Anniston.  Mosley was pronounced dead at the scene; troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Highway Patrol Division, are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
