The occupants of a vehicle were shaken up, but not seriously injured in a single vehicle crash in Cherokee County, on Tuesday afternoon at around 5:15.
The accident involved a vehicle that left the roadway and came to rest on its side just across from BJ’s Guns (coming into Centre from Cedar Bluff); fortunately, no one in that car was seriously hurt – for the most part, just “rattled”, according to officials. The vehicle reportedly rolled, after striking the culvert roadside.
Those responding to the scene included Centre Police and Fire Units, and Cherokee County EMS also arrived to check out those involved.
The incident remains under investigation by local authorities.
