In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

JOSHUA TAYLOR, age 31 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Surface and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

JUSTIN BUSBY, age 33 of Collinsville, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police – on charges of Domestic Violence/Strangulation, also charges of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

And

JAYSON ROBERTSON, age 28 of Alabama City, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of Harassing Communications.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
