In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

ZACHARY RUSSELL, age 33 from Aragon, Georgia – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police Officers, on charges of Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree, Obstructing Justice/False ID – and also with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Misdemeanor, and the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/Felony;

ABIGAIL TERRELL, age 38 of Hokes Bluff was arrested by Leesburg Police and charged with DUI/Alcohol;

AMANDA SCEALF age 41 from Gaylesville – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Failure to Appear, on prior counts of Driving While Suspended (two counts); and an Expired Tag;  

And

RILEY GULLEDGE, age 18 from Lindale, Georgia arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Attempting to Elude.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 90 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
