It was VERY hot weather for training recently – but Cherokee County Law Enforcement Officials made the best of it AND they excelled in all aspects of the program.
They are the Multi-Jurisdictional Emergency Response Team (ERT), and the group is made up of personnel coming from the Sheriff’s Office, along with Centre Police Officers and Leesburg Police Officers.
Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver – would also like to say a BIG “Thank You” to everyone at Cedar Bluff School for allowing training to be held on their property.
