In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

SHELIA FLYNT, age 61 of Cedar Bluff – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on the charge of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

AXEL COKER, age 35 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts);

BENJAMIN DAVIS, age 45 of Gaylesville, arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on the charges of the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and also Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 85 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
