In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

CODY HANEY, age 32 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

SHANNON BLAIR, 46 from Temple, Georgia was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of DUI/Driving Under the Influence;

And

ASHLEY HOP, 29 of Anniston – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and is On Hold for Another Agency;

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
