In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

JAMES HOLLINGSWORTH, age 50 of Summerville, Georgia – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police and is On Hold for Another Agency;

TERRY HENRY, age 44 of Cedar Bluff – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police, and is On Hold for Another Agency;

JOSHUA HUNTER, age 41 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Probation Violation;

MICHAEL MCCAULEY, 41 of Piedmont – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Failure to Appear on the prior charge of a Probation Violation;

And

JESSE LONG, 41 from Leesburg, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Bond Revocation.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
