In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
CYRUS BACHELDER, age 26 of Huntsville – arrested by Cedar Bluff Police, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and also Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 103 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
