On Wednesday afternoon (June 5th) the Floyd County Police Department arrested Ronnie Antonio Martin on multiple charges – that – after he was involved in a domestic dispute at his residence on Blacks Bluff Road.
Afterwards Martin left the scene taking a child, his biological son, despite not having custodial rights.
Martin stands accused of:
- Aggravated Assault
- Kidnapping
- Cruelty to Children 1st Degree (two counts)
- Cruelty to Children 3rd Degree (two counts)
- Theft by Taking
- Battery
- Cruelty to Animals
The Floyd County Police Department stated that an investigation into the matter is on-going.
