In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

WENDY PIRKLE, age 59 of Fruithurst, Alabama, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Conditional Release Violation;

ALEXANDER BROWN, age 28 from Centre – was arrested by Centre Police and charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

CHRISTINE CLAGETT, age 38 of Moncks Corner, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and, she is charged with Failure to Appear on the previous counts of Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree, Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and a Probation Revocation;

And

JOSEPH GLOVER, age 35 of Piedmont – CHARGES NOT LISTED.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 107 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
