Using Your Cell Phones While Driving in Alabama is Now Officially Illegal; New Rules Apply

EVERYONE should be aware that starting June 1st (2024), using your cell phones while driving in Alabama is now officially illegal!

We not only ask that you abide by the “hands-free law” for your personal safety, but for those around you as well.

Now, what are some good alternatives to using a cell phone while driving – well, it’s pretty simple – you can go “hands-free” by using Bluetooth, car mounts, or if your car is equipped with a built-in voice command system, utilize those features to refrain from picking up your cell phone!
