In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

ROBERT WEBB, 68 from Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff‘s Office on charges of DUI/Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

ROGER PATTY, age 57 of Gaylesville – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police, on a charge of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

BRENDA SEABOLT, 66 from Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

CALVIN SIMS, 52 of Leesburg – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – and with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

JOSEPH GLOVER, age 35 of Piedmont, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police, on Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – and also charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

And

ETHEL JETER, age 63 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 110 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
