In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

KAYLA CUNNINGHAM, age 50 of Madison, Alabama – was arrested by the Centre Police Department, on charges of Failure to Appear, on a previous charge of Theft of Property 3rd Degree;

And

STEVIE LEMASTER, 48 from Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Failure to Appear on two counts of Driving with a Suspended License.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 108 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
