In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
CAMERON DUPREE, age 32 of Gadsden, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of – the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and also Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Speeding (less than 25 mph);
MATTHEW NEYMAN, age 38 of Centre – was arrested by the Centre Police Department and charged with Failure to Appear on the previous count of Theft of Property 4th Degree;
RICHARD NEESE, age 39 of Piedmont – was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of Failure to Appear on the previous counts of An Open Container Violation, DUI/Driving Under the Influence, and Driving While License Revoked;
JENNIFER BEDWELL, age 40 of Piedmont – was arrested by Centre Police, on charges of Failure to Appear/Speeding Less Than 25 MPH, and Failure to Appear/Speeding;
And
DEMETIS WASHINGTON – 22 of Rainbow – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and is On Hold for Another Agency.
Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 101 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
