In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

HARLEY LOYD, age 25 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on the charges of Escape 3rd Degree and two Conditional Release Violations;

APRIL HOOPER – age 40 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

KEIOGA QUARLES, age 31 of Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on 42 counts of Failure to Appear;

NATHAN WRIGHT, age 29 of Collinsville arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on previous charges of Violation of a Domestic Violence Protection Order and Failure to Appear on two counts of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

And

KIMBERLY BOLTON, age 56 of Attalla – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Failure to Appear on the prior charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 101 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
