The time is now, that Tornado’s can be more prevalent. Here is a list for everyone that is in the   Cherokee County area where  Tornado Shelters are located for the public. Locations include The Centre Elementary School Gym (Tornado Shelter Only Open To The Public When School IS Not In Session), Leesburg FEMA Building, Sand Rock Community Storm Shelter, Cedar Bluff School Basement, The New Bethel Church Community Storm Shelter, The Basement of the Cherokee County Courthouse and the Storm Shelter at the Cherokee Rock Village.
