In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

KRISTIN CAMBRON, age 44 of Leesburg, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with DUI/Driving Under the Influence;

DAVID SHAW, age 37 of Lafayette, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police and charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

And

APRIL LINGERFELT, age 47 of Ellijay, Georgia was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
