In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

KOBIE BRAY, age 21 from Centre, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on a prior charge of Failure to Appear on a Seat Belt Violation;

ANDREY CALDWELL, 41 from Montgomery was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and placed ON HOLD for another agency;

CHRISTOPHER OLIVER, age 35 from Douglasville, Georgia – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police, charged with the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

And

BENNY BLACKMON, age 44 of Calhoun, Georgia – arrested by Cedar Bluff Police – charged with the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 101 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
