In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

ROSCOE COVINGTON, age 52 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Probation Violation, and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Burglary 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 106 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
