The Class 2A, Area 11 softball coaches recently chose their all-area team. The coaches selected co-Most Valuable Players in Sand Rock senior shortstop Katelyn St.Clair and Fyffe’s Sam Galloway.
St.Clair batted .513 with 19 doubles, nine triples, seven home runs, 12 walks, 42 runs and 47 RBIs last season for the Lady Wildcats.
Joining St.Clair from Sand Rock is Emma Sipsy, Molly Grace Lay, Macy Martin, Bailey Kilgore and Aliyah King.
Joining Galloway from Fyffe is Katie Edge, Madelyn Hawkins, Briley Byrum and Kendra Fay.
Collinsville has three representatives in Lexii Burt, Aubrey Reeves and Bella Wills. Gaston also has three selections in Brooklyn Whitten, Brylie McCarver and Sidney Fitts.
