In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

JARED FOWLER, age 40 of Rome, Georgia, arrested by Leesburg Police on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

DONTAVIOUS STUBBS, age 23 from Leesburg – was arrested by Leesburg Police on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, with the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and also with the Duty to Inform/Possession of a Firearm;

And

DAVID CROCKER, 65 from Cedartown, Georgia was arrested by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office personnel, and he was charged with – DUI/Driving Under the Influence.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 107 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
