In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

LACEY RICHMAN, age 40 of Fort Payne was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on a charge of DUI/Driving Under the Influence;

CHRISTOPHER HUNTER, age 43 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Failure to Appear on a charge of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Surface and Failure to Appear on the total of 5 Probation Revocation counts;

SHARLA BRADLEY, age 39 from Chattanooga, Tennessee, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and was charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – and also Obstructing Justice/False Identification;

MADISON BROWN, 23 from Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Failure to Appear on the prior charge of Interference with a Domestic Violence Emergency Call;

NICHOLAS MARBUT, age 39 of Hokes Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

And

TYLER DUMAS, age 26 of Gadsden – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Failure to Appear – on previous counts of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Evidence.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
