Another stormy day is in the forecast for Friday in Alabama.

Storms could very well arrive in several rounds on Friday and tornadoes with damaging winds, hail and flooding rain will all be possible.  The weather service has said in at least one morning forecast discussion, that” conditions appear to be increasingly favorable for “severe weather situations” during the end of this week with details to still be worked out over the coming forecast cycles.

The National Weather Service stated that one wave of rain and storms is expected to move through during the day Friday – and another will move through during the night.  Forecasters added that a lot of rainfall will be possible.

Once this weather system moves out Saturday, drier and calmer weather is expected for the first part of next week.
