In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

BRADLEY ROWLAND, age 47 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charges of Possession of Burglary Tools, the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in addition to Theft of Property 3rd Degree;

JEREMY IVEY, age 49 of Centre, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on two counts of Failure to Appear;

HEATHER HEDDEN, age 49 of Prairieville, Louisiana, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department – on the charges of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.

And

PAMELA FRAMPTON, age 35 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Simple Assault.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
