In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

JUSTICE GILLIAM, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested by Centre Police on charges of Public Intoxication;

DOYLE FORD, age 59 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – DUI/Driving Under the Influence;

TERRY SOLOMON, age 53 of Leesburg – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Resisting Arrest, Attempting to Elude – also,  Failure to Appear, on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

KRISTINA DAVIS, age 46 from Anniston, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Revoked Bond;

ADAM WICKHAM, age 38 of Cedar Bluff – was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department, on charges of Terrorist Threats 1st Degree, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree;

And

BOBBY HONEYCUTT, age 27 of Gadsden – arrested by Cedar Bluff Police – on charges of Aggravated Child Abuse.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 99 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
