In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

DYRISHA MCKNIGHT, age 33 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and Failure to Appear, on prior charges of – Theft of Property 4th Degree and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
