The Cherokee County Warriors shot 338 as a team and placed sixth in the Class 4A sub-state golf round at Silver Lakes near Glencoe on Tuesday.
Sam Dreps led the Warriors with a 75. Eli Martin shot an 80. Aiden Whitefield shot an 88 and Jack Davis shot a 93.
In girls sub-state action at Twin Bridges in Gadsden, Ellie Cothran finished third as an individual with a 2-under par 70. She was one stroke shy of qualifying for the state tournament.
