In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

CARYEON SPRAYBERRY, age 38 from Leesburg, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – on charges of: Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/three counts, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,  and Tampering with Evidence;

CHERIE MITCHELL, age 38 of Buchanan, Georgia – was arrested by Centre Police on charges of DUI/Driving Under the Influence;

KYLE MCMICHEN, age 51 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Attempting to Elude – and ten counts of Failure to Appear on prior charges of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card;

GREGORY HIGGINS, age 48 from Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on the charges of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

EWDING WADDLE, age 40 of Gadsden, was arrested by Centre Police, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, and also the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

And

ASHLEY MILLER, age 31 from Cedar Bluff – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with the Chemical Endangerment of a Child.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
